Organic fruits and vegetables will not only make you healthier, it will help you learn better and be smarter. By eating organic you avoid all the poison such as pesticide, herbicide and GMO(genetically modified). There is no data to indicate that consumption of GMOs is bad for human, but its clear that obesity skyrocketed after 1973 when GMO was introduced to consumers kitchen. Pesticides and herbicides are lethal poison, if consumed directly.
You must consume fruits 10-30min before meal! If you eat fruit after regular meal, your body is 7 times more likely to convert the fructose into fat and store it in your belly than regular glucose.

Importance of sleep and rest
Good rest eliminates stress, improve memory, makes you smarter, and has many more benefits. When your body is sleep deficient, it goes into a sate of stress. A good night’s sleep makes you feel energized and alert. You feel refreshed, have more energy and more alert.
You need lot more sleep depending on how old you are. More younger you are you need extra sleeping time.
Need to recharge? a power nap will boost your memory, cognitive skills, creativity, and energy level. Be consistent: Keep a regular nap schedule, prime napping time is between 1pm and 3pm Make it quick: set your alarm for 30minutes or less Go dark and warm to help you fall a sleep faster.
Right posture
When you practice or play, make sure you have right posture. Right chair height and shoulder rest size will not only improve your sound, it will help your back to be healthy.
Importance of exercise
I encourage all VP lesson students to find an exercise that will boost their health and mind. Exercise is scientifically proven to boost brain function. It will improve blood flow to the brain, lower levels of stress hormones, improve cardiovascular health, and more.
Although you get vitamin D from sunlight, try to avoid direct exposure, since ozone layer has been reduced due to industrialization. There are many harmful sun rays comes to earth unfiltered.
